Capacity
The booking is for 8 adults, but 2 infants can be included and anything beyond that is on request.

Room 1 is a front-facing double bedroom at ground level, with a bathroom (bath with shower over) that is accessed from the bedroom and the hallway, allowing this to be en-suite or shared.
​
Room 2 and Room 3 are front facing first floor twin bedrooms (with coombed ceilings), with access to a shared bathroom with bath with shower over.
​
Room 4 is a rear-facing twin bedroom, with separate stair access and landing with toilet with w.c and wash hand basin.
​
All beds made-up on arrival.
Technology
Unlimited Broadband available, but due to the thick stone walls the best coverage is in the sun-room.
TV has FreeView.
Mobile phone reception is good (not excellent), but the thick stone walls can interfere with reception.
Additional Info
Arrival is from 4pm, with departure by 10am on day of departure. Any flexibility on times will be by arrangement.
Heating, electricity and a supply of wood for the wood-burning stove included.
Kitchen includes - Esse double oven and hobs; additional 4 electric hobs; microwave and fridge freezer. The Utility room includes a larder; washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the summer months there will be outside seating available.

Please note that access is via a shared private drive which may be prone to snow and ice in the winter, but every effort is made to keep it open all year as owner's live next door.

Restrictions: no fireworks; no Chinese Lanterns; no additional capacity or additional day-guests; no motor homes; no weddings beyond the capacity of the house; any breakages, beyond reasonable wear and tear, is the responsibility of the group.
